How To Request Help As A Case Manager

We are beyond thrilled to be able to provide crucial resources to St. Louis area foster/kinship families, at risk families and reunifying families! We offer a few primary ways to get help.

 

Requesting Services For Foster/Kinship Families

You may request shopping our free boutique through: Walk-In/Scheduled Shopping Appointment/Welcome Kits/Refresher Kits, free car seats through our Safe Seats Program and free beds/bedding through our Safe Slumber Program. You can find out more about each of these services and who is eligible below!

Requesting Services For At Risk and Reunifying Families

You can request services through our Together At Home Program, details below.

Case Managers can request services for at risk and reunifying families by completing our Together At Home request form.

Wednesdays: 9:30 am - 12 pm

Fridays: 10 am - 2 pm

1st Sat. Monthly: 9 am - 12 pm

If you have a new placement (14 days or less) you can request a welcome kit filled with clothes, toiletries, and more! Delivery is even available for some.

If you've had your placement for more than 14 days, you can request a Refresher Kit filled with clothes and more twice/year! Pick up at our Boutique or South County Porch Pick up.

If you have a new placement (5 days or less) and need a new car seat, you can request one free of charge! (Subject to availability and requirements.)

Sleeping Baby

If you have a new placement (5 days or less) and need a new bed, you can request one free of charge! (Subject to availability and requirements.)
