Come on in any Wednesday from 9:30 am - 12 pm, Friday from 10 am - 2 pm, the third Thursday of the month from 5 - 8 pm, or the first Saturday of each month from 9 am - 12 pm, to select your items!**

Request Items Using Our Free Delivery Service Or South County Pick Up
If you have a new placement (14 days or less) just click the button below to request a Welcome Kit to be *delivered to you, free of charge!
*Must live in St. Louis County, St. Louis City, Jefferson County, or St. Charles County
If you've had your placement longer than 14 days, please request a *Refresher Kit - available twice/year!
*You must be able to pick up in South County.

What do I need to be able to shop?
You must provide your placement paperwork to be able to shop in-store or request items.

Do I have to have a new placement to receive delivered items?
Yes, you must have a new placement (within 14 days) to submit a request for delivered items. If you are outside the window, you are welcome to make an appointment to shop in-store, or drop by during any of our walk-in hours. If you'd prefer to have us select items for you, please fill out the Refresher Kit form. You will need to pick up your items in South County.

How much do Welcome Kits or Refresher Kits cost?
Absolutely no charge for foster families! We offer all these items free of charge thanks to generous donors and volunteers.

Do I have to have a new placement to shop?
No, you do not have to have a new foster placement to receive items. Foster families may shop twice per year for new items. Families with new placements can have Welcome Kits delivered free or charge. Refresher Kits are for children past the first 14 days of placement and families can shop in-store or pick up selected items in South County. We also serve kinship families, adoptive and guardianship families within their first year of permanency, and families in crisis, as referred by their case worker.
Can I get items immediately if I receive an emergency placement?
For emergency placements, please call or text us at (314) 789-3340 for immediate service. We strive to fulfill emergency requests within 24-48 hours.

What items are available for request?
Welcome Kits for new placements will receive clothing, shoes, toiletries, laundry detergent, soap, a new toy, and a book. Pack'n'Plays, bedding, and beds are available upon request, subject to availability.
Refresher Kits get seasonally appropriate clothing, shoes, socks, diapers or underwear.

Can I request a Car Seat?
If you have a new placement within 5 days, you can request a car seat by filling out this form. Car seats are intended to STAY with the child, not be kept by the foster parent.
Shopping In-Store
We're so incredibly excited to offer in-store shopping now for foster families and case workers! You can always walk-in on Wednesdays from 9:30 am - 12:30 pm, Fridays 10 am - 2 p.m., 5 - 8 pm on the third Thursday of the month, or 9 am - 12 pm on the first Saturday of the month. You can also schedule a private shopping experience on Tuesdays from 9:30 am - 2 pm.

We strive to offer the best quality and styles of clothes for children to look and feel their best, in addition to other items, depending on whether you have a new placement or a child in continued care.

Please be sure to bring your placement paperwork with you to the store!
Welcome Kits & Refresher Kits
Our Welcome Kits are designed specifically for children entering foster care for the first time within 14 days of placement. In addition to clothes, shoes, and toiletries, we provide laundry detergent, dish soap, a new toy and book, and kids cereal, paper bowls and plastic utensils. New bedding and pillows are available upon request. Foster parents, relative caregivers, and case workers can submit requests and we will meet the need within 1-3 days. Welcome Kits are eligible for FREE delivery for those in St. Louis County, St. Louis City, Jefferson County & St. Charles County. You can also pick them up in South County.

Our Refresher Kits are for children in your care longer than 14 days and can be requested twice/year, or as new sizes are needed. Refresher Kits offer clothes, shoes, socks, and diapers/underwear. You must be able to pick up your kit in South County.
