Thank you for your willingness to be a potential mentor in Foster Together's Friends in Fostering Mentorship Program. Before filling out the application form, please ensure you meet the following requirements:

1. Experience with all or most of the goals of fostering:
   reunification, guardianship, adoption, placement to a kinship provider, child who has aged out of care into independent living

2. Experience navigating visits with biological family

3. Two License Renewals

4. 4-6 years experience and at least 10 placements preferred

5. Active in court process, FST’s, and other meetings hosted by the team 

6. Level of care experience (Have experience with at least 3 of these types of placement): Traditional, Level A/Medical , Level B, Treatment/Career (TFC)
